Raw. Low and slow.

The battery was already in the hive.

We start with raw honey and refuse to cook it. Infusion happens at low temperatures, so the enzymes, antioxidants and trace compounds that make raw honey worth eating are still there when you tear the pouch open.

01

Raw honey is the fuel

Up to 240 calories of glucose-and-fructose fuel per pouch — free sugars your body absorbs without digestion, plus the natural stuff that makes it taste like this.

02

Caffeine is the switch

On the Energy line, a measured caffeine dose rides the honey instead of hitting an empty tank. The fuel and the switch arrive together.

03

Electrolytes are the refill

On the Recovery line, we swap the caffeine for the minerals you lose through sweat. Same base, opposite end of the workout.

For the ones who train

Vital for active athletes.

Honey is one of the most calorie-dense whole-food carbohydrates there is — free glucose and fructose, absorbed through two separate transporter pathways. There is a reason serious coaches put it in the daily plan. We wrote it up properly, numbers included.

Questions

What exactly is HIVEOLTAGE?

Functional raw honey. We take a raw honey base, infuse it at low temperatures, and build two lines on top of it: Energy (honey + caffeine) and Recovery (honey + electrolytes). It is food, not a supplement pretending to be food.

Is it really raw honey?

Yes. The honey is never cooked. Infusion happens at low temperatures specifically so the enzymes, antioxidants and trace compounds naturally present in raw honey survive into the finished pouch.

Energy or Recovery — which one do I want?

Energy goes before and during: the workout, the shift, the ride, the climb. Recovery goes after, or any time you want the honey and the minerals without caffeine. Plenty of people run both.

How many calories per pouch?

A pouch is 66 g (2.33 oz) — three 22 g servings. Strawberry Surge runs 80 calories per serving (up to 240 per pouch); Molten Mango runs 65 (195 per pouch) — nearly all of it free glucose and fructose from the honey itself. Full breakdown on the athletes page.

How much caffeine is in the Energy line?

Each Energy pouch carries 250 mg of caffeine — about 83 mg per 22 g serving. For scale: a strong cup of coffee runs around 150 mg, a fully dosed pre-workout scoop can hit 333 mg, and a small 8.4 oz Red Bull is 80 mg. One serving lands right at a small Red Bull; a full pouch sits between a big coffee and a pre-workout — with real carbohydrate underneath it. The FDA cites 400 mg a day as a level not generally associated with negative effects for healthy adults. The Recovery line has none.

Will it crash me?

A lot of energy products deliver caffeine on top of refined sugar and let you fall off the far side of the spike. Honey gives the caffeine real carbohydrate to ride on. Tolerance varies — start with one serving and find yours.

What is coming next?

More of both lines. Sustained Strawberry Mango just opened for pre-order on the Recovery side, with alternate caffeine sources and herb-infused options behind it. Get on the list below and you will hear first.
